About us

At Mo-Inno Controls, our passion is to rethink drive technology.

In addition to selling our own high-quality product lines of compact drives—consisting of a motor, controller, sensors, and an industrial-grade housing—as well as multi-axis motor controllers, we are happy to assist you in implementing your custom projects.

Our team has many years of experience in drive technology and has played a key role in the implementation of numerous projects through the companies Mocontronic Systems GmbH and Nanos-Instruments GmbH.

Building on this in-depth expertise, Mo-Inno Controls is now here to work with you to rethink drive technology and continuously update it through our research and development efforts.

As a result, we provide you with state-of-the-art drive technology and innovative ideas for your individual projects.

Our team includes experts in electronics, software, mechanics, and project and quality management.

This enables us to offer you the full range of services, from expert consultation to the mass production of your custom-designed product.

The Team

Andreas Wendt

Andreas Wendt completed his degree in computer science with a concentration in technical computer science, as well as an additional qualification in environmental management.
Between 2007 and 2025, he served as managing director at Mocontronic Systems GmbH, where he was initially responsible for development management and later primarily for corporate strategy, customer service, and quality management.
In addition, starting in 1994—while pursuing his studies and working at Mocontronic—he ran the company “Bär-Computer Berlin” with his father, which specializes in hardware and software development tailored to the individual needs of people with disabilities.

Andreas Wendt completed his thesis for his degree at the Axel Stab engineering firm. For this project, he developed a control unit with a 32-bit controller and a graphical display for controlling stepper motor applications. This is how Axel Stab and Andreas Wendt met. Since 2005, Andreas Wendt has worked as a freelancer at the engineering firm, taking on key projects and supporting day-to-day operations.

Through his roles on the management teams of Mocontronic Systems GmbH, Praxis Wendt für Logopädie UG, and BÄR-Computer Berlin, Andreas Wendt gained comprehensive knowledge of business management across various types of organizations, always with a focus on the specific needs of customers.
In response to the increasing demands on quality management, Andreas Wendt has consistently kept his training up to date with the latest ISO 9001 standards.

Andreas Wendt serves as your point of contact, ensuring a reliable connection to customers and their needs, and upholding high quality standards for Mo-Inno Controls.

Arne Hauberg

In 1995, Arne Hauberg founded the precision engineering design firm, which offered services in the development, design, and prototyping of drive solutions. After earning his diploma from Kiel University of Applied Sciences with a major in Precision Engineering and Mechatronics, he founded NANOS-Instruments GmbH on January 23, 2003, which has since evolved into a specialist in mechatronic solutions and contract development.

More recently, he has focused on the strategic development of companies and issues related to research and development funding.
Mr. Hauberg therefore serves as a consultant to Mo-Inno Controls, particularly on strategic matters.

Manuela Wittstock

Manuela Wittstock studied business administration at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
From 2007 to 2025, she served as the point of contact at Mocontronic Systems GmbH for all matters related to accounting and order management.
In addition to accounting, she is responsible for materials management, project coordination with our partners, and marketing at our company.

Christian Radzig

Christian Radzig studied electrical engineering at the Technical University of Berlin, specializing in electronic systems.

He gained his first practical experience in hardware design, application development, and microcontroller programming while working as a student assistant.

For his final thesis in 2009, he worked on a controller-based measurement system for a spectral sensor test station. In the process, he deepened his knowledge in the areas of analog and digital circuit design, microcontroller programming, and application programming.

Between October 2009 and July 2025, he worked as a development engineer at Mocontronic Systems GmbH in hardware and software development as well as customer-specific system integration.

In addition to hardware development, Mr. Radzig is heavily involved in the ongoing development of our CANopen-compatible base firmware, which forms the foundation of our products.
